Terms & Conditions
1. Order once placed cannot be cancelled or altered . If any changes are required it has to be emailed to us within
24 hrs of placing order & its subject to approval from us.
2. After placing order if theres any modification , alterations in the quantity or product itself it has to be intimated
to us by email within 24 hrs after placing orders.
3. Quotations & Proforma Invoices will be mailed to client alongwith approval of the sample & return confirmation
from client by email only.
4. Order will be accepted with min 50 % advance on proforma invoice by email only alongwith the purchase order
& balance before shipping the products.
5. Customisation if required will be charged extra as per the quantity.
6. For customisation we will require the name &/ or Logo in a suitable format.
7. Customisation will be done in 3 steps ,digital mockup , actual product sample print & finally after confirmation
from client we go ahead with batch printing.
8. Products displayed on our website are mostly actuals images however there could be slight variations in the
actual product colour & texture which is due to photography & display settings.
9. It is advisable to pickup a sample with or without printing at actual cost & get approval .
10. After approval from the client we will not accept any returns , replacements or refunds under any
circumstances.
11. We will strictly adhere to the prescribed terms mentioned herewith .
12. GST will be extra as applicable.
13. Shipping Charges will have to be borne by client at actuals.
14. Delivery schedule wil be given prior to ordering & before payment.
15. We should not held responsible if we are not able to deliver goods for circumstances not in our control
because of civil war, act of God, floods, cyclones , other natural calamities , Riots, government restrictions, or
any such events beyond our control restricting us to timely ship the clients goods.
16. In such case we will try to ship as soon the systems are clear for shipping. If such a case arise strictly no Refund
or changes allowed.
17. We are a Trusted Company registered with MSME .
18. Clients upon receipt of shipment has to email confirming safe delivery of Goods.
